Job Purpose

The Project Coordinator shall assists Project Manager in oversees the planning, implementation, execute, monitor and track projects from beginning till end with specified deliverables.

The role of the Project Coordinator will be able to learn and equip with a full suite of comprehensive exposure and knowledge on Project management that covers proposal, product sourcing, timeline management, cost and resource control and quality management.

Primary Duties and Responsibilitie

The Project Coordinator shall assists Project Manager performs a comprehensive range of duties including some or all of the following:

Job Requirement:

• Coordination work, planning and monitoring site's workforce and multi-disciplinary works from inception to completion, inclusive of project documentation, plans and reports etc.
• To ensure that the project runs smoothly by tracking project progress, and effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client, Management, and Project Team.
• To ensure all project requirements are within the standards & control of the project management plan.
• Able to multi-task and manage several things at one time.
• Able to handle stress/pressure and work hard with tight deadlines.
• Any other works as assigned by superior.

Requirement:

• Only Singaporean to apply.
• ITE Level. Preferably in Electrical and or Mechanical or Manufacturing.
• Fresh grads or 1 year working experience may apply.
• Working hours – 0830 to 1730hrs Monday to Friday.

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Prepare Material for submission
• Check & ensure of drawing according to design
• Coordinate with the Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolved related problems and issues.

REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent that is recognized by Board of Architects / BCA
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Commercial Building projects in Singapore.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Project Coordinator

Core Responsibilities:

• Day to day execution of projects
• Attend meeting with business & contract persons
• Prepare method statements, safe work procedures, risk assessments and other necessary documents required to clients
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other technical submittals
• Develop details construction schedules, procedures and resources required to meet clients project timeline Lead and update project team in weekly project progress meetings, including daily progress updates
• Work with steel and machine departments on resource planning and delivery
• Address to technical and engineering aspect during project execution, including working with consultants
• Work with site personnel to produce site records signed by clients and pass to contract departments for claims
• Able to lead team of project personnels, include allocating sites Provide summary of resources used for the projects

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of ERSS works
• High level of work commitment, self-motivated and work independently
• Familiar with WSH, LTA, BCA and other authorities’ requirements
• Certifications: Bizsafe Level 2
