The Steel Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of fabricators, welders, and technicians building the primary and secondary structures. The steel supervisor is the most influential person on-site to drive progress on an hour-by-hour and day-by-day basis. The Supervisor of the team will take technical direction from the engineering team and turn it into reality by building, retaining, and managing their team effectively; distributing labor resources, prioritizing certain aspects of the build, and setting headcount requirements where necessary. The Supervisor is also a key enabler to a productive, fun, and hard-working culture. For this role specifically, it is highly important that the Supervisor is an inspiring leader, oftentimes working side by side with their build team. We have multiple openings across multiple shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage a staff of ~40 technicians including all performance management related tasks
• Supervise the production floor, including daily schedules and workflow
• Provide technical support to the welding team
• Work with management and engineering teams to streamline the fit-up and welding processes
• Assist with the tooling and fixturing designs required for weld / fit-up operation
• Responsible for control of production weld quality
• Apply welding codes and hold high workmanship standards with the production team
• Enforce site and personnel safety
• Review work instructions and make change recommendations when needed
• Assess candidates and provide recommendations in the hiring process
• Responsible for planning and scheduling work, assigning work, and assessing completed work
• Communicate how successful performance will be measured and provide collaborative direction to team members; recommend performance standards and ratings

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• IT, Diplomo OR 4+ years of professional experience in arc welding experience in one or more of the following: gas tungsten (GTAW), flux-cored (FCAW), TIG, MIG, or gas metal (GMAW)
• 4+ years of experience leading a project or a team

* Develop and maintain strong in-store product knowledge

* Assist walk-in customers in purchasing products

* Promote products and optimize sales opportunities

* Attend to customer orders and inquiries

* Perform housekeeping duties to maintain the store’s cleanliness and image.

Job Summary:
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure a high-quality dining experience for all guests. This role involves managing staff, maintaining service standards, ensuring food and beverage quality, and handling guest relations. The Restaurant Supervisor will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to foster a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Daily Operations:
   Oversee restaurant floor activities to ensure smooth and efficient service during each shift.
2. Staff Management:Assign duties and coordinate shifts to ensure sufficient staffing levels.
   Provide support and guidance to servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff.
   Conduct on-the-job training and development for team members.
   
3. Guest Satisfaction:Greet and interact with guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
   Address and resolve customer complaints and special requests promptly.
   Maintain service standards to enhance the guest experience.
   
4. Quality Control:Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation to meet the restaurant’s standards.
   Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen are accurate, well-presented, and meet guest requests.
   
5. Health and Safety Compliance:Ensure all safety, sanitation, and health standards are adhered to.
   Conduct regular checks to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
   
6. Inventory and Supplies Management:Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
   Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed to ensure availability of essentials.
   
7. Financial Management:Assist in managing budgets, controlling expenses, and reducing waste.
   Handle cash registers, reconcile sales at the end of each shift, and ensure accurate financial records.
   
8. Training and Development:Train new hires and support continuous staff training to uphold standards.
   Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to boost morale and teamwork.
   
9. Problem-Solving:Address any operational challenges efficiently.
   Collaborate with management to improve processes and enhance service quality.
