• Coordinate with project engineers and managers to align on project goals.
• Coordinate with the main contractor and the sub-contractors.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate and supervise material deliveries to project sites.
• Attend the Tool Box Meeting and apply for the permit to work and other site forms.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and inventory.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• WSQ Workplace Safety and Health Management in Construction Industry - WSHMCI (Formerly known as WSQ SCWWSH, MOM BCSS)
• WSQ Manage Work At Height (MWAH)
• Proven experience in site supervision, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
