Responsibilities:
· Ensure that all the supplies and stocks in the outlet are sufficient for the day to day operations
· Maintain an attractive and an orderly appearance in the outlet
· Monitor proper ordering, receiving, storage procedures are being followed
· Motivate, guide and train the staff in up-selling the food and beverage items
· Attend to guest requests and complaints as required
· Ensure that all staff are properly informed on the promotions and information.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
· Able to work on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
· Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry
· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
PC literate, well-organized and self-motivated
Be able to communicate in English & Chinese
