Requirements

• Degree in Construction Facility Management or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA with at least 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.

Job scope

• Supervise building CCTV & security system.
• Ensure compliance with CCTV Code & Security requirements.
• Conduct daily check on installation works.
• Conduct coordination work with other trades.
• Assure compliance to code of practice.
• Understand of CCTV & security system operation & function.
• Prepare & submit permit to work application.
• Ensure proper documentation is in order.
• Assist operation & construction team on site activities related to Fire & security system.
• Ensure that works carried out are following the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The Receiving Supervisor will oversee all aspects of receiving goods and controlling inventory levels within the Resort. The incumbent will be responsible for the receiving process, ensuring accuracy in our inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving all goods and supplies. In performing this role, the Supervisor will ensure the quality of the goods received and accuracy in the quality. The incumbent will oversee the unloading, checking, and storage of goods, ensuring that they are handled and stored properly to maintain quality.
• The Supervisor will inspect goods upon arrival to ensure they meet the desired quality requirements and handle any issues related to damaged or incorrect deliveries.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Cultivate a strong people culture by investing in the coaching and development of associates. The incumbent will take ownership of people-management matters for the department including recruiting, upskilling and mentoring associates.

Job Requirements

• Solid track record of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry. Pre-opening experience would be useful.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Able to handle matters independently, and able to exercise self-motivation to complete projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform and coordinate warehouse processes, from inbounds to outbounds, on a timely basis.

2. Sorts and places inventory on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined location.

3. Prepares inventory for delivery, including packaging and labelling.

4. Maintains accurate inventory records.

5. Assist in stock picking assigned by Store Supervisor / Manager.

6. Loading and unloading.

7. Picking and packing of items.

8. Arranging of items in-store / warehouse.

9. Setting up of new retail stores island wide.

10. Ensure work areas are clean, neat, and organized to be able to facilitate order fulfillment and restocking activities.

11. May be required to go out with the driver as a delivery attendant when required.

12. May be required to work overtime.

13. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Physically fit and willing to commit to OT.

2. Able to start within short notice.

3. Able to converse in multiple langauages to liaise with different languages speaking suppliers.

4. Candidates with a driver license and POS/IT skills knowledge will be an added advantage.

· Minimum 5 years experience in construction or roofing industry.

· Possess Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BSCC) certificate.

· Certificate in Lifting Supervisor.

· Able to communicate in English（Chinese） and liaise with customers and main contractors.
