• Delegate maintenance responsibilities to team members

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead,guide and train maintenance supervisors and workers in ACMV servicing and maintenance procedures
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols for various ACMV systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure maintenance quality and safety standards are met.
• Prepare detailed work method statement for maintenance Project.
• Create and review quotaitons for clients using MS Excel and other relevant software.
• Manage client relationships and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
• Optimize maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated on the latest ACMV technologies and maintenance techniques.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, (HVAC) engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in ACMV maintenance, with at least 3 years in a Managerial role.
• Proven hands-on experience with cooling towers, pumps,AC equipemnts, AHUS,MAUs, FCUs,DX systems and MF fans.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems,their operation and maintenance requirements.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and safety reulations.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
