Responsibilites.

• To supervise, coordinate and manage work activities of cleaning staff.
• To assist the cleaning staff in resolving working issues with clients.
• To implement operation plans to improve work processes and service quality.
• To attend site meetings with operation team.
• To assist in coordinating and liaising with clients at project sites.
• To respond to emergency calls while on duty and off duty (standby 24/7)
• To perform other ad hoc as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing 1st line support for the timely resolution of incidents and problems for a Data Center
• Engineers need to maintain Network Products
• Engineers need to provide 24/7 support when needed as well as required to participate in on-call duty.
• Monitor network performance and adhere to configuration policy and standards
• Must be able to read and understand Design, System Architecture Drawings, and technical deliverables

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Calibration Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and calibrating automated PLC control panels, skid systems, and various instruments. The Calibration Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and accuracy of instrumentation equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Calibration and Testing:Conduct calibration, testing, and commissioning of automated PLC control panels and skid systems.
   Perform line checking, loop checking, and input-output checking using Process Meters.
   Repair, test, and troubleshoot faulty instruments, ensuring adherence to scheduled timelines.
   
2. Installation and Commissioning:Install, test, and commission new instrumentation equipment.
   Conduct air tube testing, termination on both field and panel, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
   Inject digital and analog signals (4-20mA, 0-20mA, and digital signals) as part of commissioning procedures.
   
3. Documentation:Prepare comprehensive documentation for all calibration, testing, and commissioning activities.
   Maintain accurate records of work performed, instrument status, and calibration schedules.
   
4. Professional Experience:Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Calibration Technician.
   Familiarity with designing software such as Pro-E, In CAAD centre.
   Completion of safety courses in building construction supervision and oil/petrochemical industry safety for supervisors.
   

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Instrumentation & Control Engineering from a recognized institution or ITE Graduate.
• Relevant certifications in calibration and instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of automated PLC control panels and skid systems.

• Proficient in using Process Meters and other calibration tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving instrument faults.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Job Description:

• Carry out routine maintenance of all production and packaging machines.
• Attend to breakdown of machinery.
• Perform modification and fabrication of simple machine parts.
• Periodic building maintenance ie. power failure, no water supply, lighting problems, repairs to building doors, windows and ceilings.
• Installation of new machinery.
• Purchase spare parts for maintenance.
• Carry out routine inspection on fire safety equipment.
• To perform other job function(s) as assigned by superior from time to time.
