Duties:

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and electrical codes.
• Supervise and lead electrical technicians and contractors in installation, maintenance, and repair of systems.
• Develop and conduct structured on-the-job training for E&I team members.
• Inspect and ensure quality control of all electrical works.
• Review and approve electrical isolation and excavation permits.
• Lead investigations into electrical maintenance issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement maintenance programs for reliability.
• Conduct morning toolbox meetings focusing on safety and maintenance activities.
• Participate in emergency response procedures with assigned roles and responsibilities.

Requirements
