Responsibilities:

• Prepare equipment specifications, requisitions, and conduct technical bid evaluations.
• Review and assess vendor bids and documentation for technical suitability, providing valuable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Process Discipline and review equipment process data to ensure consistency.
• Foster effective communication and information exchange with other design groups, offering technical support as needed, and ensuring seamless interfaces between relevant drawings.
• Ensure compliance with the Client's Standards and Engineering Practices, following the Project Coordination Procedure diligently.
• Exercise control over Vendor's drawings and documents, ensuring adherence to PO requirements, and facilitating information exchange with other disciplines.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on various documents, including flow sheets, P&ID, equipment lists, plot plans, performance curves for pump, motor, and air blower, equipment foundation drawings, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in handling Basic and Detail Engineering jobs for Oil & Gas or Offshore & marine industry.
• Good knowledge and hands on experience with international codes & standards
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, AutoCAD LT and Navisworks

JOB SCOPE

1. The Network Engineering team is responsible for the implementation of approved network architecture

and designs.

2. Under limited supervision, the team assists in the planning, forecasting, implementation and

identification of resource requirements for network systems of varying (moderate to high) complexity.

3. As a member of the team, you will develop and implement network enhancements while following

corporate standards.

4. You will be sought after for recommendations for improvement and assists in staff development efforts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support triage, troubleshooting, and repair of production networks across Data Center and elements.

2. Follow defined procedures and utilize tools to collect data and resolve network issues within

defined SLAs.

3. Engage with 3rd party vendors, OEMs, and field services to facilitate resolution.

4. Services include server repair, circuit repair, and network repair - facilitating fault identification, isolation,

troubleshooting of physical/logical

issues, issue resolution, and configuration updates by following existing procedures.

5. Escalate to Tier 2 and Operations Engineering leadership to resolve complex or high priority issues.

6. Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, or automate tasks.

7. Assists in the development and documentation of technical standards and implements approved methods of procedure.

8. Acts as a mentor to junior staff

9. Adheres to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable.

10. Knows, understands and follows company policy.

11. Proactively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

12. Performs other duties as requested by supervisor

13. 1-5 years of experience, NOT more than 5 years ( to keep costs under control )

14. No fresh grads, must have real world experiences managing and troubleshooting network – specifically

WAN networks globally (ideal) or country wide networks ( multiple locations networking )

16. Technology brands to have experience of are Cisco, Arista (Cisco being the most important)

17. Advantageous to have Linux experiences (1 year +, bonus if they have Linux type qualifications)

Project Details:
Central team that manages and runs the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) platform to support data exchanges within intranet and with external entities.

Job Responsibilities:
This role is responsible to provide support in migrating, upgrading, configuring, troubleshooting and administering the EAI Platforms (e.g. file transfer, API gateway) in non-Production and Production environments on AWS. They will also need to ensure the platform adherence to IT compliance requirements.

Specific Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Application Integration middleware and technologies is preferred
• Experience in AWS services setup and administration or equivalent is required
• Familiarity with IM8 or equivalent ICT policies is advantageous

• Setup, Programming, and Support of Voice Communication systems including Local Area Networks (LANs) & Wide Area Networks (WANs)

• Provides technical support on data or voice networks for internal and/or external customers; answers technical questions; recommends and implements approved course of action.

• Installs network applications on network servers or voice equipment; maintains, tests, researches and resolves problems.

• Support network infrastructure which might include routers, switches, gateways, firewall systems, access points.

• Experience in deploying Unified communication solution

• Independent (self-starter), adaptable, and an ability to thrive in a team environment.

• Effective communications skills.

• CCNA / CCNP or relevant certification would highly advantageous

• Good exposure in Unix or Linux environment would be a plus
