ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of all internal and external systems and products serviced by Service Operations
• When required, act as the customer SPOC and coordinate the scheduling of intervention with Customer's, internal resolver groups, and the Service Desk ensuring the highest level of customer services and communications are maintained to resolve the fault and incident within the prescribed SLA.

Job Description

• Day to day routine maintenance & rectification of aircraft defects
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with approved maintenance data, company, authority and customers’ requirements
• Performing aircraft release to service certification (CRS) for maintenance and repair of aircraft according to the Company authorization issued by Quality Department
• Assisting in the forecasting of manpower, spares & equipment needs
• Ensuring that all staff under his control observes safety precautions, reporting of unsafe working condition & operation
• Assisting in the investigation of incident/accident reports and ensuring corrective actions are implemented
• Ensuring that tools & equipment under his control are properly maintained, calibrated and correctly used for the jobs
• Ensuring action is taken at all times to maintain the aircraft on schedule
• General supervision, control & discipline of staff under his charge
• Performing other duties, as and when required

Job Requirement

• Posseses relevant Licences from the Aviation Authority, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience Suitably Rated in B787, B777, B767 or A350

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Receiving of job orders and prepare all documents required for submission based on the job information and requirements provided by the customer.

· Updating and entering in all information in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

· To ensure all customers’ queries and complaints are investigated and resolved with Operations Teams and/or Customers, and to escalate to their immediate Superior for assistance and advice if unable to resolve the issues

· Export process: warehouse picking/packing, booking with carriers, DG packing, fumigation, collection, documentation.

· Import process - clearance from terminal, warehouse receiving, consolidate delivery onboard vessel.

· Communicating with interoffices, customers, warehouses, carriers, transporters, and 3rd party vendors.

· Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are up-to-date and provided to the department head on a timely basis.

· Communicate discrepancies/issues to team supervisor/manager when necessary

· To assist direct superior with any special projects assigned and provide backup to other CS team when necessary

· Making sure that workplace safety rules & DSV Policy are being followed

· Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated

· To perform Data Entry, Job Creation, Billing, General Administrative or any Ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned

Responsibilities:

• Working out of estimates for the proposed work and submit within specific timeframe;

We are seeking a talented and a motivated Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support our data-driven initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, optimize data models, and ensure the reliability and performance of our data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to ingest, process, and transform large volumes of structured and unstructured data from various sources (e.g., Database, API, SFTP).

 Build and optimize data models and schemas to support efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.

 Implement data integration solutions to consolidate data from disparate systems and sources.

 Work closely with Data Scientists and Analysts to understand their requirements and provide them with clean, reliable, and well-structured data.

 Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to deploy and manage data infrastructure in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).

 Familiar with the concept of data security to ensure the data pipelines are secured and PII (Personally Identifiable Information) data are encrypted.

 Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of data systems to ensure high availability and low latency.

 Design and develop MLOps production pipelines; provide technical support to data scientists/ML engineers by getting their ML/DL models deployed at scale and meeting SLAs on both cloud and on-premises GPU and CPU instances.

 Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for data engineering processes and technologies.

 Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data architecture and practices.

 Explore, evaluate, and champion the introduction of next-generation technologies in the data-ingestion workflow. Participate in project planning and provide technical guidance on cloud architecture for data projects.

Requirements:

 BS in Computer Science or other related discipline is required. Advanced degrees in Computer Science (PhD, MS) are highly desirable.

 Proven experience (3 years) working as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.

 Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python. Conversant with data structures and algorithm design.

 Hands-on experience with distributed computing frameworks and big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, etc.

 Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., Azure SQL DB, AWS Redshift).

 Experience with data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts.

 Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS S3, AWS Step Functions, AWS Airflow, Azure Data Logic Apps, Azure Blob Storage).

 Experience with setting up SSO using AD and implementing RBAC (Role Based Access Control) for data security.

Job Duties

• Handling full operations on Air or Ocean freight import/export shipments
• Work closely with customers and agents for air freight or sea freight operations
• Coordinate with customer service team and sales team in providing the contractor’s cost for trucking/shipping liners/airliners etc.
