Job Description:

• Working experiences in HDB BTO projects
• Coordinate along with the review of drawings, submission of proposal,query and design for consultant approval.
• Well versed in precast installations and joint details.
• Able to resolve technical issues.
• Laison with Owner, Authorities ,Consultants , Sub Contractor and Suppliers.
• Ensure site operations progress smoothly and on schedule , comply to all authorities requirements and ensure standards and specification for project are properly implemented
• Assist the PM/CM in overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation, and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the detailed work program.
• Review drawing, plans and verify the structural integrity of materials and designs.
• Ensure progress in accordance with the schedule, quality standards are maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical/drawing issues are resolved on time.
• Liaise with consultants/authorities on drawing and technical issues
• Coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
• Ensure site safety and preparation safe work documents & procedures with safety personnel.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possesses Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3-6 years of relevant working experience

Job description:

• Creating welding procedures for manufacturing process and involving selecting the appropriate welding techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Quality checking about the welds and ensuring it meets standards such as using x-rays testing, ultrasonic, & visual inspection test for it.
• Developing welding standards and work closely with other engineers & specialists to make sure everything is cost effective, efficient and safe
• Troubleshooting welding problems and finding solutions to streamline the welding process
• Marine and/or oil & gas industry welding experience
• ITE/Diploma or above in welding or mechanical engineering related course
• Ability to produce QMS, QSS, & QA plans
• AWS CWI or CSWIP Certificates

• Implement and document security surveillance systems and network infrastructure with system architects and pre-sales teams.
• Manage the planning, implementation, testing, and maintenance of integrated perimeter, video surveillance, and analytics systems.
• Work with IP CCTV, Fence Intrusion Detection Systems (FIDS), PSIM, VMS, data protection, identity/access management, and virtual environments.
• Lead technical teams to meet project requirements, coordinate with partners to resolve technical issues, and ensure system reliability.
• Develop and align technical timelines with project management schedules.
• Collaborate with vendors to design and review solutions that meet organizational standards.
• Ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage project milestones.
• Oversee on-site power and cabling work, ensuring construction safety compliance.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and assist in maintaining system availability.
• Manage project costs, financial tracking, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in security surveillance hardware, software, and network design.
• Proficiency with IP CCTV, FIDS, PSIM, VMS, virtualization, and Windows/Linux OS.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, project planning, and construction site safety.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies outside normal work hours.
