• Coordinate with Consultants/ Designer on project design issues and work closely with drafting personnel on site
• Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes Of Meetings
• Monitor work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment
• Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project
• Responsible in the materials ordering which related to civil works
• Assist in the material submission works for approval
• Coordinate and monitoring of work done by sub-contractors
• Responsible for the on-site workers manpower arrangement, daily work plan for workers and provide guidance/ training to them where necessary
• Conduct inspection and casting for reinforced concrete work on site
• Responsible in the preparation of civil works related reports for Consultant
• Provide technical advice and guidance to coordinators/ supervisors

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of Civil & Structural experience in Singapore Main Contractor firm

Responsibilities:

• IT infrastructure (Hardware and software), POS system installation and maintenance including remote troubleshooting.
• Liaising with third part vendors for new store infrastructure setup
• Updating the store systems if it is needed.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ working experience in the related field - preferably with retail sector.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft windows operating systems
• On-site support and resolution of all software and equipment issues

• Cascade IT communications to IT users at the local sites.
• Gather feedback from local management and users on IT services and provide insights to the leadership team for ongoing improvement of IT services.
• Continuously monitor operations and proactively develop enhancements to improve the overall user experience.
• Offer solutions and ideas for improvement and optimization.
• Plan and implement IT rollout projects.

Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Studies/Information Technology; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
