1. Summary of the role

• In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies

• Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles

• BSc/BA in business administration or relative field

• The ability to work under pressure.

• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

• Any Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Well-organized, meticulous, and able to take initiative
• Understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of tact and discretion
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and problem solving capability
