Roles & Responsibilities

Spa Manager must be equipped with past full time hands-on work experience in the following relevant roles in the past few years in order to be ground on to train, manage and design the spa operation process.

- Must possess past full time full spectrum of work experience as a spa front desk or adminstrator and as a spa therapist

- Educational qualification is not critical and must be conversant in English and other languages

- Proven record of achieving sales target as a spa therapist and ideally been the top 3 sales of the branch

- Relevant certificate as a spa therapist with ready hands-on experience to train new therapists on the massage techniques

- Cheerful and passionate at work

- Strong customer service skills

- Manage daily operations of the spa and meeting overall sales target

- Train and motivate staff to meet sales target and provide excellent customer service

- Able to work on weekdays and all weekends (both Sat & Sun), from 1.30pm to 10.30pm, including 1 hour break

JOB DESCRIPTION

Principal Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision: Provide 40 hours of supervision over 36 months.

Monthly Meetings: Conduct regular meetings to monitor student progress and offer guidance.

Progress Reports: Submit a brief monthly progress report for each student.

You will receive quarterly payments based on the total hours of supervision provided. You are required to submit a monthly progress report using the designated online platform to document the supervision conducted. The academic director will review and verify the progress reports and supervision hours before forwarding them to management for approval.

Key Areas of Guidance:

• Proposal Refinement: Help students refine research proposals, including objectives and design.

• Literature Review: Assist with comprehensive literature reviews and theoretical framework development.

• Methodology Development: Guide students in drafting methodology and preparing ethics approval.
