Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are efficient, and that materials and products are handled according to GMP standards. • Provide GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and in-house training to warehouse assistants, ensuring team members adhere to company standards and support team members in achieving daily and long-term operational objectives.
• Suggest and implement improvements to warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Monitor and support in disposal, waste segregation and waste management activities as per NEA requirements.

Stock Monitoring & Reporting:

• Monitor inventory for missing or lost items and report any discrepancies to management promptly.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products and materials, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Generate product labels as per customer requirements and ensure correct labelling for outgoing shipments.

Requirements

- Carefully tap tiles into place with appropriate tools to ensure proper adhesion to the base while avoiding breakage or damage.

- Follow blueprints closely and accurately mark and measure surfaces that need tiling to determine the correct approach for each job.

Responsibilities

1. Compiling training materials and facilitating training.

2. Responsible for liaising between management and employees.

3. Monitoring and reporting job performance to management on a daily basis.

4. Establish business knowledge and awareness of shared company goals.

5. Provide staff with guidance and assistance.

6. Prepare work schedules.

7. Assisting with other administrative tasks, when required.

Requirements:

1. 2+years’ experience in an Assistant Supervisor role or similar.

2. Ability to enhance business knowledge among company employees.

3. Exceptional ability to motivate employees and foster teamwork.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
