Job duties and responsibilities (unlimited to):
Sales Admin
• Create new and updated customers’ data in NAV
• Generate monthly sales invoices (Note: All invoices are to be sent out by the end of each month).
• Manage customers including following up to maintain timely payments
• Prepare and submit all staffs’ wages
• Attend to new sales inquiries till the duel closed
• Sending marketing emails to offices, agents, MA, etc. to create awareness of our services
• Manage new online booking apps, when on board
Operation Supervisor
• Supervise ad-hoc cleaning and ensure timely completion and meet our quality standard
• Attend 1st session visit at new customers with assigned staff
• Manage inventory of cleaning tools and products
• Manage all local & HSS staff schedules, including attendance
