• Review and compare samples and artworks to ensure they align with project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor the progress of deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and flagging discrepancies or delays.
• Identify potential roadblocks or issues in the workflow and escalate them to the relevant team members or managers promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and provide updates on project status, ensuring smooth progress and timely resolution of any concerns.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to our colleagues in China
• Excellent interpersonal and communication
• Able to multitask and manage projects smoothly

• Assist in preparing EMC On Site test, conduct setup and measurement.
• Assist in technical write-up, engineering test reports compilation.
• Knowledge of electrical & electronic instruments: DVM, Digi Scopemeter, RF meter etc.
• Training on measurement techniques and testing process.
• Knowledge of PC + application of Micro Soft office skills.
• Able to work at site during daytime or night time only 2 to 3 slots a month.
• ITE or Poly and University Internship are welcome 3-6 months
