Job Description:

• The trainee will be undergoing a structured training program which includes training in F&B outlets to gain knowledge and experience in running an F&B outlet.
• The Trainee will also be rotating to different company departments to learn all company functions, policies and understand how a company operates.
• The trainee will support the deparment managers with various tasks and take on projects as and when required.
• The Trainee will be assigned to support the F&B outlet operations as and when required.
• The trainee will report to the CEO & General Manager from Japan and make recommendations to improve the company performance, which invloves preparing reports in Japanese.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist Restaurant Manager/Overall responsible for the smooth operations of the restaurant.
• Responsible for compliance of all related standards and guidelines, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
• Ensures preventative maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed in accordance with Company standards, interacting with external vendors as required
• Ensure restaurant is fully staffed up as well as employees are led and developed to achieve the expected work performance and productivity.
• Ensures that restaurant follows the security procedures (e.g. safe counting, cash drawers)
• Able to work in both front and back of house as required as a management trainee to be fully familiar with both the restaurant operations, shift and general operations day to day
• Able to attend to customers with a "can do" positive attitude as required as a brand ambassador of the company

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience in Daily Operations & Customer Handling.
• Understanding of and adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to maintain a smooth restaurant operation.
