Student Attendance

· Monitor and record student attendance daily using the biometric thumbprint system and other tools.

· Identify students with low attendance and issue formal warning letters in accordance with institutional policies.

Safety Compliance

• Conduct scheduled food audit are carried out timely and accurately
• Ensure compliance with operational standards as well as safety and hygiene regulations
• Ensure food and ingredients products are use and sell according to First-In-First-Out and First-Expire-First-Out guidelines
• Communicate safe work procedures and safety rules and ensure compliance of team member
• Understand and identify hazards and implement effective risk control measures
• Ensure all SFA guidelines are adhered in the outlet
• Ensure food safety in accordance to Hugabo SOP

Manpower

• Assist to forecast resource and manpower needs
• Plan weekly schedule to ensure staffing levels based on business needs
• To manage outlet staff grievances and conflicts and issue disciplinary action, and escalate to Area Manager / HR, when necessary
• Conduct on-site orientation which includes safety and hygiene, and on-the-job training for new employees
• Lead, motivate and train team member to boost staff morale and facilitate succession planning
• Lead and motivate team member to achieve goals, providing timely performance feedback and ensures accountability for each team member

Job Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and yearly closing in a timely, accurate and controlled manner.
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions that include end-to-end process for Accounts Receivables and Payables, ensuring effective internal control and accountability practices are in place.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations, ensuring prompt follow-up and clearance of outstanding items.
• Perform monthly Profit & Loss and departmental variance analysis.
• Prepare accounting and audit schedules.
• Proactively identify areas of improvement and opportunities to drive and improve finance operational efficiency.
• Provide support for other financial accounting tasks and participate in ad-hoc duties, assignments, or projects as required.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experiences.
• Strong team player and analytical coupled with “can-do’ mentality and inquiring mind.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
• Resourceful, meticulous especially with numbers, hands-on and resilient with strong problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in MS Dynamics 365 Business Central accounting software or charity organization will be an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the overall execution of events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers to ensure all their needs are met, managing the day-of event operations.
• Ensure that all events meet the client's expectations and budget.

The Corporate Secretarial Executive will work closely with the Executive Director and Managers in the Corporate Secretarial (CoSec) department to provide overall management of the corporate secretarial work and facilitation as well as internal services of the corporate level and the external liaison work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a portfolio of local private limited companies and branches of foreign companies with minimal supervision.
• Manage all corporate secretarial work related to your portfolio including preparing necessary documents/resolutions, bizfiling, updating statutory registers, liaising with clients, etc.
• Liaise with and advise clients on company formation, annual compliance and ongoing company administration matters.
• Liaising with Registered Agent for incorporation of offshore companies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2 years of corporate secretarial experience in the Corporate Services Industry or related field
• Minimum Diploma, or Certification of specific major, or equivalent corporate secretarial qualifications
• Meticulous, ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Able to work independently and with integrity, with fair and principled temperament with a facilitative and commercial approach to matters.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities

The Senior HSE Business Partner – Asia & ME Region, APMT will be reporting to the Head of Safety and Resilience APM Terminals, with the listed key responsibilities:

Center of Excellence (CoE): Subject matter expertise:

• In addition to regional HSE responsibilities, the Senior HSE Business Partner is part of the APMT overall CoE for HSE and will be asked to actively engage in developments and/or review of Global HSE related standards, processes or metrics and support Global improvement and oversight activities.

Implementation: APMT HSE plan:

• Be the key HSE account manager for Regional Leadership, building engagement, understanding and collaborative ways of working that drive a positive HSE agenda across the Region.
• Supports Regional Leadership to develop and promote a HSE Improvement plan aligned to global priorities, APMT HSE management framework and local critical risks that:
• Monitors, measures and supports the Implementation
• Drives standardization, functional excellence and system efficiency
• Embeds HSE into the line through Ways of Working
• Provides Global/Regional performance and risk insights bringing HSE initiatives, performance and compliance successes and shortfalls to the attention of Leadership in a constructive and pragmatic manner.

Global HSE Improvement Projects /Significant Incident Response & Oversight

• Lead/Participate in Global HSE Improvement projects

• Lead/support significant incident response and oversight activities
• Perform all other tasks and/or projects as assigned.
