Role and Responsibilities

1. Managing a cleaning team and overseeing cleaning operations to ensure smooth cleaning operations daily.

2. Manage cleaning schedule with the cleaning team and inspect work done by cleaners to maintain cleaning standards.

3. Implementing work plans

4. Checking cleaning equipment condition

5. Responding to incidents and emergencies promptly.

6. Reporting any matters/feedback to the condo management when necessary.

7. To assist Supervisor on site

Requirements

1. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred.

3. Prior experience in condo facility cleaning will be an added advantage.

· Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the building / condominium

· Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors.

• Lead Analytical Laboratory and Quality Technicians in products analysis and testing to support the productions overall aspect and provide stable results of products Quality.
• Implementing, maintaining and continuous review the quality control and assurance systems of the plant, ensure compliance.
• Implementing and maintaining Company’s Integrated Management Systems, Manual and Procedures (ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001，IATF16949), ensure the compliance and effectiveness of the IMS System
• Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma/ Degree holder in Sciences / Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Experience in Manufacturing Quality control and assurance

• Effectively bilingual in English & Chinese (written & oral – to communicate with subsidiaries in China)
