Department

The department is Fund Management. This department is primarily responsible for creation of real estate strategies and products, matching them with the right investors and to manage the investments till the end of its life cycle. As such, the department is supported by 2 teams. One team is the Investment and Portfolio Management team, and the other is the Investor Relations team.

Designation and Reporting

Your designation is Associate / Senior Associate, Fund Management. You will report to one of the investment managers in the department, as assigned by the Head of Department.

Scope of Work

Your role is to assist the team in its various responsibilities, which includes the following (but not limited to):

Deal Evaluation:

• Financial Modelling - Grow our real estate portfolio

Responsibilities:

• Develop channel-specific marketing campaigns and events with a data-driven mindset, articulating clear Marketing ROI through effective marketing. Basic understanding and use of ELOQUA is a must
• Maintain strategic relationships with existing vendors and channel partners, with a view to grow our “Marketing Services” portfolio
• Partner with the company’s strategically assigned vendors to drive brand, product awareness, and growth
• Drive channel sales and increase market shares through effective and modern marketing to increase the visibility of our products.
• Drive end user and channel marketing - Search out new channel partnership opportunities to help drive business growth. Explore various agency collaborations where applies
• Drive partner- and end-customer-driven integrated events and roadshows, both digital or face-to-face where applied, with all necessary marketing levers that enrich event experiences and work with necessary regionally aligned resources from ideation to execution. Identify agreed success KPIs and follow thru successful execution. This needs strong collaboration and execution skills working with Product Managers and vendors, leading with modern marketing techniques and technologies where applicable
• Working with the Intelligent Digital Marketing (IDM) team, develop end-user Marketing Campaigns, primarily digital, to increase influence with end-customers, generating the intent base for specific campaigns
• To participate in the Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated by the campaign
• Maintain a pipeline of approved and funded projects towards the P&L Measurements
• Using business intelligence data and to track effectiveness and identify new opportunities or strategies
• Xvantage: lead program management standpoint working with digital lead and various regional counterparts towards launch and execution strategies defining growth. A thorough understanding of Xvantage and articulating the value proposition externally is important (Training will be provided)
• Work with relevant departments to produce high-quality marketing material for promotions and product launches
• Modernize marketing through digital and new-age marketing techniques.
• Assist with resource and budget optimization before all necessary executions; timely and proactive call out of gaps and recommendations along the journey towards effective closures
• Assigned added responsibilities not limited to, but particularly, the health of our SG- Marketing performance and data-driven recommendations by an individual

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. Degree in marketing a plus
• Direct channel marketing experience (8-10 years preferred); though leader in Tech is a plus.
• Speed in execution, rolling up your sleeves where needed, working collaboratively with the team in many instances
• Strong digital Marketing skills that drive our key evolving platform initiatives, generating reach and eventual revenue/profit
• Always willing to research and experiment. Eg. Xvantage
• Digital and modern marketing experience a must

Responsibility

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking

• Provide technical support for any IT related matters or issue
• Train users on the use of Cartrack applications and hardware

Requirements

As a Process Engineer you will be primarily responsible for Managing the Network Change thru collaboration with cross functional teams from site Process, equipment, PDE, Pkg Rel team, Global and site QE to ensure on compliance to the global change management process and work towards management objectives

Responsibilities:-

- Coordinate and manage change request to go to the appropriate change request stage across assembly sites

- Provide adequate communication of change flow / process/ status when necessary

- Ensure compliance to site/network change request to go to the appropriate change request stage

- Governance and alignment of Global Visual defect workmanship specs for substrates

- On site Audit certification for HQ processes (Manufacturing and New Product Introduction) include but not limited to ISO , IATF certification audits and Customers audits.

- Supporting the management in business process risk management and improvement activities

- Point of contact to analysis and response to external customers request on assembly processes thru working closely with network team and customer facing quality team

- Drive Subcon Continuous improvement and line audits to ensure effective fanout of CA/PA .
