Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in event, exhibition, or retail design with a focus on the retail marketing industry.
• Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, 3D Max, Vray, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Educational background in Events & Exhibition Design, Interior Design, or related fields.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to lead large-scale projects and creative teams independently.

Role & Responsibilities:

Achieve sales and profit goals through developing and implementing business and marketing plans.

Develop and implement promotional trade plans that drive sales and market share growth.
