What you can expect:

• You will be part of Storage Services team located across the Asia Pacific region. This team is the 1st level of Storage Engagement Services and is responsible for all storage related technology and project requests from line of business.
• This includes but not limited to initial scoping of requirements, deployment, data migration and provisioning.
• You will be acting as storage SME to provide solution that fulfill business requirements for the duration of the project engagement.
• You will likely be working on multiple projects and be expected to juggle competing priorities, being empowered to make decisions to drive the project forward.

What you will do:

• Work closely with other technology and line-of-business teams to document requirements and deliver project objectives providing regular updates and course corrections as required.
• Plan and manage assigned project scope not limited to project schedule, milestones, dependencies, risks and budget.
• Develop and deliver regular status reports and presentations as they are related to your assigned projects.
• Coordinate with Storage Engineering team members and third-party consultants in the completion of project deliverables
• Design, Build and Deploy storage infrastructure according to Engineering certified solutions and devices
• Coordinate with Data Center / Network team for rack assignment and network cable patching for new device installation
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Application owner to plan and schedule a change window for migration
• Attending Change Advisory Board meeting to present the change details and risks to all the stake holders
• Responsible for asset life cycle management and ensure inventory up to date

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5+ years or more relevant work experiences specialize in large enterprise data storage spanning across multiple countries
• Willing to work after business hours on weekday and weekend
• Comfortable working independently in a collaborative organizational structure with the freedom to speak your mind
• In-depth technical knowledge in Storage Area Network & Network Attached Storage
• Extensive experience in the storage infrastructure design, configuration, and administration, tuning, optimizing and troubleshooting

Job Scope:

• Handle invoice matching task; receive, review, and verify all invoices and ensure its accuracy and supported with relevant documents before posting to accounting system.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed and scan to document management system.
• Perform monthly vendors’ reconciliation.
• Liaise with vendor to resolve all discrepancies in relation to billing.
• Prepare payment and submit to superior on time.
• Any ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• With a relevant accounting qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity.
• Proactive, good team player, mature and able to work independently.
• Possess adequate skills in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
• Able to meet a tight deadline.

• Conduct cycle count by comparing physical stock take to the system and highlight and address abnormality.
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure they can be reconciled.
• Determine and make provision for slow moving & obsolete stocks in store.
• Tracking of near expiry stocks and highlight to MD .
• Manage reconciliation of damage stocks and aging stocks.
• Manage store transfer and stock adjustment effectively.
• Review the workflow and liaise with the respective department to in place preventive measures to reduce stock loss.
• Resolve any inventory issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare & Submit Weekly Inventory Report to MD
• Assist on internal and external annual audit stock take
• Other Ad Hoc projects or responsibilities as required.
