RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

• The role holder is responsible for developing, driving, and delivering Affluent card product in key markets centrally to support Bank’s affluent growth agenda for WRB globally.
• The role would also be working with country CC teams to drive its transformation towards growth & profitability. This includes ensuring alignment of these strategies with the relevant country level stakeholders and close partnership with the markets on execution, along with associated financial and non-financial targets and reviewing performance against these targets.

• The role holder is directly accountable for delivering Affluent credit card launches across markets. He/she is also the subject matter expert for Credit Cards product management, with accountability of CC performance from both singular vertical standpoint at product level as well as segment-wise in growing Wealth for our affluent base.

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

1. Member of OE internal Senior Project Management Team (PMT) that meets regularly (chaired by DPD/SOR) to discuss progress and resolve any internal OE issues.
2. Overall management and leadership of the multi-disciplinary Resident Site Staff Team, supervision of temporary and permanent construction works to ensure that Contractor’s conform with the Contract Specifications and other obligations under their Contracts.
3. Fulfil the statutory role of Qualified Person (Supervision) (QP(S)) under the Building Control Act for all Construction Contracts including all specific obligations and sign-offs.
4. Joint Leadership on HSE for the Project along with senior management of NEA, OE and the Contractors, with specific focus on construction safety and environmental controls during construction.
5. Work closely with the EDM and other Core Team discipline managers in the Core Team to provide construction related input to the review/approval of design and technical submissions made by the Contractors.
6. Review/sign-off (with the necessary inputs from the relevant RSS and Core Team members) of construction related Method Statements and all other site-related documentation required under the construction Contracts.
7. Direct liaison with NEA’s Deputy Project Director and Technical Directors as may be required. Direct Liaison with the PUB Detailed Design Consultant’s Construction Manager regarding the interfacing and logistics management between the IWMF and TWRP projects.
8. Attendance (if required) at NEA Monthly Project Steering Committee Meetings chaired by NEA DCEO and any other relevant high-level meetings as required by MEWR or NEA

JOB SUMMARY

• The Group’s Fit For Growth (FFG) Programme commenced in Q1 2024, with the aim of simplifying, standardising, and digitising the Bank’s processes, to provide a platform for Business growth and to ‘make it easier to get things done’. The Programme has $1.5bn of investment funding for distribution to generate $1.5bn of annualised saves.
• As part of the Programme, a central team, the FFG Programme Office, has been established to help structure, co-ordinate, prioritise, support, and monitor the initiatives that will be selected to deliver the efficiencies and growth opportunities. The team will also help to manage the governance, communications and reporting of the broader Programme.
• This role has diverse responsibilities including: reviewing and challenging investment cases for funding approval; getting into the detail of each portfolio of initiatives; being close to stakeholders to support execution certainty; monitoring and analysing the overall portfolio and acting as an advisor as the programme progresses.

• The Director Environmental, Social, Governance and Reputational (“ESGR”) and Net Zero (“NZ”) Client Risk Management role is to help manage ESGR (including Climate) risks with a focus on outbound, environmental and social non-financial risks. APAC Director of Revenue Management is a senior member of YOTEL’s commercial team supporting YOTEL Singapore Orchard Road and YOTELAIR Singapore Changi. He or she is responsible for creating and executing comprehensive commercial strategies to maximise market share at each hotel within the region and effectively communicate with the owners and franchisees. He/she is responsible for driving the revenue strategy, optimising distribution channels and overseeing the APAC Commercial Strategy. This role will provide clear reporting and analytics that translates into performance insight and subsequent deployment of short-term tactical decisions and longer-term strategic planning to influence performance. The role is responsible for setting out the strategic Revenue Management direction for the annual budget submission and 5-year planning cycle. Regional Performance
