You will work closely with our corporate head office and report to the Chief Financial Controller. In collaboration with various corporate functions and both regional and local business leaders, you will co-lead a small team to manage our financial and accounting functions for our Singapore operations. Financial Reporting & Analysis

Requirements:

• Degree in any relevant field
• At least 5 years of related experience
• Good knowledge and understanding of investment concepts
• Prior experience in property fund and real estate will have additional advantage
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills and high computer literacy
• A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-driven, ability to multi-task and able to work within tight deadlines
• Strong command of spoken and written English

The role will be responsible for technical and analytical support required in collaboration with external vendors. The role will also drive and execute initiatives that help through ongoing enhancements and On/Above Property Execution.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a quantitative discipline
• Min 5 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance

Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrates a strong analytical ability, with knowledge of financial analysis, quantitative analysis, statistical tools and economic concepts
• Strength in strategic planning, and data storytelling to help communicate key insights and strategies to Senior leadership in a clear, simple, and succinct manner
• Strong data analysis skills, including querying and manipulation of large quantities of data.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI
• Provide support and maintain Regional dashboards, tools and reports used in data analysis and performance management
• Provide monthly analysis and executive communication to key Global & Regional Stakeholders, including but not limited to Topline Performance Updates and Market Share Trends
• Develop analytical approaches to support all key business processes throughout the year
• Develop measurement techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of performance-related initiatives
• Monitor, evaluate and contribute to the enhancement of the effectiveness of the revenue management systems and revenue management efforts
• Special projects, including ad hoc requests for information, analysis and recommendations relative to Revenue Management initiatives

RESPONSIBILITIES

This is an entry level position to support the team in managing the 8days Eat TikTok channel, which includes (but not limited to) uploading content, SEO & data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Perform uploading of content to assigned platform(s).
• Ensure the content schedule is mapped out in timely fashion.
• Track performance, analyze and optimize performance of the uploaded content on the platform.
• Work with Editorial team, content creators, Growth Channel Management Team to develop best practices and optimize content performance on the platform.
• The role primarily focuses on 8days Eat TikTok channel but the scope of work can extend to other 8days social media accounts as well.

• Ability to communicate well and work with a team of editorial, channel management specialists as well as content creators.
• Keen understanding of social media (TikTok) content and audience behavior.
• Good understanding of platform quirks.
• Strong organizational and analytics skills.
• Meticulous and detailed.
• A passion for social media content.
• Experience in social media space in channel operations / audience engagement.
