Job Summary:

• Ensure highest standard of cleanliness, order and appearance of the hotel according to the standards and procedures set by the hotel management
• Assign housekeeping and maintenance staff their roles and duties; inspect work for conformance and ensure compliance
• Monitor forecasted occupancy and ensure adequate manpower for cleaning of checkout rooms
• Maintain proper housekeeping/ maintenance records of activities/events such as Lost and Found, Inventory, Rooming Lists
• Monitor and maintain cleaning materials and ensure all inventories are adequately store, recorded and properly maintained
• Supervise and train staff to prescribed hotel standard
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping
• Able to lead and manage a team of Room Attendants
• Independent
• Work weekends and public holidays
• Work day shifts and night shifts
• Able to understand and converse in basic English

Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Contracts Manager in tender/contract review and finalizing the tender sum.
• Help with contract administration, progress claims, and liaise with the Client's representative on claims and variation costs.
• Compile subcontractor quotes for review and approval.
• Keep Contract Manager updated on all contractual and site matters.
• Review and verify subcontractor/supplier claims and prepare payment certificates for approval.
• Prepare final accounts and variation submissions.
• Maintain quality systems in the Contracts Department.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalents.
• At least 5 years of working experience related field.
• Preferably experienced in pipe jacking works and tunnelling projects.
