• Responsible for other duties as assigned by the HR Manager and President.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
• 3 years of working experience in HR capacity, with focus in Talent acquisition and Payroll administration.
• Proficient with Singapore's statutory laws (e.g., Employment act, CPF act)
• Meticulous, organised, process-driven, detailed-oriented and operationally hands-on.
• Proficient in Info-tech systems and HR related portals.

Your job scopes / responsibilities as Corporate Secretaries Executive (Junior) are but not limited to the followings:

· Maintain client secretaries files (Documents ) including client registrar , annual AGM resolutions , changes in company profile and etc.

· External clients’ administrative works, payroll and permit application.

· Managing and Maintain Clients / Client information and requests, and assisting with Client’s enquiries.

· Any other duties that may be assigned by the company, as applicable
