In the Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) delivery team we are looking for delivery management specialists with a passion for nurturing customer relationships, championing high quality throughout presales and delivery, aligning delivery to successful customer outcomes, whilst maintaining a healthy portfolio and project management team. Responsibilities

• Account Delivery Management – You will support strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the customer portfolio, often as part of a steering committee, to ensure service delivery is on. Support new customer opportunities in partnership with Sales with highly significant or global impacts.
• Relationship Development - You will manage customer relationships across a set of assigned customer accounts, driving intentional customer conversations to nurture deeper relationships and progress opportunities. Collaborate across internal stakeholders for strategic alignment, risk and issues management and act as a customer Executive Steerco member.
• Presales and Contracting - You will partner with pursuit teams ensuring high quality in deal and contract constructs, aligning Consulting Project Managers for input to ensure deals sold can be successfully delivered. You will understand customer and subcontractor obligations, review and approve original contracts and subsequent change requests. Acts as an escalation point should the contract not be of the required quality.
• Delivery Management – You will oversee a Consulting Project Manager delivery team, modelling our values, coaching and caring for your team, driving delivery excellence, maturity and quality, at times directly managing customer programs.
• Portfolio Management – You will oversee a broad portfolio of complex accounts, supporting management and assurance of the all-up delivery of consulting engagements. You will oversee a broad portfolio of deliveries managed or supported by Consulting Project Managers, review portfolio health, ensuring methodologies, processes, tools and standards are consistently leveraged, intervening to course correct and remediating challenged engagements as necessary.
• Monitoring and Controlling - You will establish governance rhythms over your portfolio of customer engagements, conduct Project Health Reviews and manage business Key Performance Indicators to agreed standards, stepping in to remediate where necessary. You may be positioned as an Executive Steerco Member on customer engagements.
• Business Growth - You will manage all aspects of the financial health of your portfolio, driving incremental business growth by recognizing opportunities, maximizing cloud growth and providing input into strategic account plans. Recognizing strategic opportunities, create a shared vision with key stakeholders to shape sustainable growth for customer accounts.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications (RQs)

• Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 6+ years experience in consulting/professional services delivery, project management, practice management, or related fieldOR equivalent experience

· Manage PO and SO: including releasing orders, liaise with Supplier /Contract Manufacturer on order commit/delivery, reschedule/cancellation, rebalancing, shutgate, buyahead and critical parts.

• Handling of the fleet requisitions, sourcing and making necessary arrangement for delivery to the vessels
• Monitoring and controlling of the vessels consumables to prevent unnecessary wastage
• To keep track of the cargo hoses registry, lifting gears registry and PPE of all shipboard personnel
• Monitoring of the vessels LSA and FFA
• Appointed as safety committee member to carry out tool-box meetings for all the vessels
• To arrange and co-ordinate between crew and clinic for medical appointment or consultation and monitoring of the vessels' medical supplies as per statutory requirements
• Preparation of crew employment contract
• Application of flag state endorsement, Harbour craft licence renewal, etc, via MPA and Digiport, ensuring compliance with regulations of all relevant authorities and the certification of all vessels is maintained in accordance with the relevant Class and flag State requirements
• To maintain the personnel files for all crew members and ensure member files are comprehensive with current documentation of crew credentials that being updated accordingly in a timely manner
• To assist in planning and oversees the assignment of the officers and ratings for the fleet, crew change rotations, ensuring that rotations are executed in a timely basis, the vessels are properly manned and updated as per MPA requirements via Digiport
• Sourcing, recruitment and carry out initial interview of the ship crews
• Providing induction training / orientation to all newly join ship crew
• Providing general support to the ship staffs and making schedule visits to vessels for crewing matters
• Any other fleet management related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

1. Some relevant working experience in similar capacity
2. A team player and ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision
3. Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia and posses of Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage
4. Must be contactable 24/7 and be available to board the vessels as and when require
