1. Summary of the role

The Customer Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, administering and improving customer service procedures and work flows across APAC regions, specific to aerospace customers. • Customer Due Diligence: Manage new client onboarding and existing client reviews for KYC/AML/CFT/SOW/SOF; review transactional flows based on risk level and assessment.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to regulators (e.g., MAS, CIMA, BVIFSC) and authorities (e.g., CRS, FATCA, ES).
• Operational Excellence:Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to a comprehensive risk management framework that integrates regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
  Continuously monitor and analyze regulatory updates, assess potential risks, and implement proactive strategies to ensure operational resilience and excellence.
  Training: Conduct internal compliance training and oversee the training schedule for staff members.
  

Candidate Qualities & Qualifications

• Experience in the operational administration of companies.
• Degree in Business or Accounting.
• 3-5 years of working experience in Administration and Operations with relevant experience in Regulatory Compliance and Internal Audit
