Job Title

Internal Auditor (Manufacturing Operations)

Description

This role will report to the Chief Executive Officer and be responsible for operational audits in relation to the Group’s business. This role will be based in Singapore and required to travel to China, Thailand and Vietnam.

Responsibilities

· Conducts operational audits for all factories

· Reviews internal controls, policies, processes and practices

· Ensures that the Group complies with statutory requirements and upholds strong corporate governance and operational integrity

· Prepares reports and communicates audit findings and recommendations to Management

· Executes and manages special projects or assignments from HQ

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering or related discipline

· At least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry

· Independent, highly driven, team-builder and high integrity

· Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

· Strong communication, problem-solving and people management skills

· Able to travel to China, Thailand and Vietnam

Monthly Salary

S$5,000 to S$10,000

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Internal Audit to establish clear project objectives and procedures.
• Plan and execute internal audits across various departments, including Operations, Finance, and HR.
• Conduct interviews, review documents, and prepare detailed reports.
• Identify control weaknesses and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Produce timely audit reports, highlighting key issues and recommendations.
• Document audit work accurately according to departmental standards.
• Work with the IT department on IT control assessments.
• Update process flowcharts to comply with J-SOX requirements.
• Assist external auditors with the annual J-SOX audit.
• Support internal control policies, financial due diligence, and investigations.
• Conduct special audits as requested by the Audit Committee or Board.
• Perform additional tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting and auditing.
• Strong understanding of data analytics.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, audit procedures, and IT security.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with SAP B1 and Infor systems.
