Strategic Business Development
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the advanced manufacturing sector to support business expansion.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze industry trends, workforce skill demands, and gaps in the talent pool.
- Design and execute strategic initiatives to enhance business growth and drive the adoption of training programs.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturing firms, industry associations, and training providers.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Training Program Development
- Collaborate with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and industry training providers to develop tailored training solutions that align with client needs.
- Evaluate and update training program content to ensure relevance, alignment with industry standards, and adaptability to emerging trends.
- Monitor the performance of training programs, gather client feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related roles within advanced manufacturing or industrial training sectors.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage effectively with industry professionals.
