JOB SUMMARY

Snr Manufacturing Engineer (Medical) will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing; integrated, production and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the production site. The grouting robots are already deploying daily at construction sites and bringing value to clients. We are currently negotiating sales worth around 500k USD. With manufacturing cost multiple times lower than companies using a traditional robotic arm, our robots have an ROI in weeks. Our robot is also small and simple to use, operating from a single button without the need to upload floorplans or do any complex setup. Soon we would be expanding into other simple and valuable robots for the construction industry.

We’re searching for a Associate Engineer to be part of our CMP Equipment Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to assist the Engineers to improve and sustain equipment performance and Cpk indices to meet operations goals

What you will be working on:

• Perform 12-hour shift duties to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis
• Assist Engineers in the installation and hook-up of new equipment
• Trouble-shoot equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtime
• Assist in implementing process improvement projects
• Assist new Associate Engineers on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy
• Participate in QIT programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and constantly monitor and feedback to Engineers to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectives
• Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module

More about you:

• Min 2 years of relevant working experience
• Direct experience in CMP Equipment will be advantage
• Willing to work in 12-hours shift
