Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) reports to the Senior Technical
Manager and whose responsibilities include:

1. Oversee, manage, and supervise Company’s in-house and external

purposes.

5. Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate equipment/ system defect
and take appropriate preventive/ corrective measures.

6. Optimize & manage mechanical maintenance inventory level of critical
& non-critical equipment spare parts.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the development of deep learning and operations research models and related intelligent systems for the supply chain and logistics of the global E-Commerce business.

- Utilize e-commerce big data and deep learning models to predict end-to-end estimated time of arrival (ETA), and some logistics events such as failed delivery, delivered but not received to enhance the user logistics experience. Build logistics network knowledge graphs and predict the spatio-temporal trajectory sequence of express packages through deep learning, statistical inference and other algorithmic methods. Use NLP and LLM algorithms to handle address problems such as address verification and address suggestion.

- Utilize time series forecasting techniques to predict sales at different granularities and horizons, such as warehouse-level manpower forecasting, inventory-level demand forecasting etc. We need strong machine learning and deep learning skills to detect important factors and model the relationship between the future and history.

- Participate in the growth of e-commerce merchants/creators, responsible for the growth algorithm of e-commerce merchants/creators, including potential merchants/creators mining algorithm, tiering algorithm, out-reach algorithm, growth algorithm, etc. Work closely with e-commerce merchants/creators related operations and product teams to achieve the high-quality growth goal of e-commerce merchants/creators.

- Combined with massive e-commerce information, through data mining and machine learning, predict the performance of products in traffic/conversion, improve the efficiency of product operation strategy and pricing/subsidy strategy, and assist in optimizing traffic distribution, to satisfy the requirements of product growth, cost optimization and some other scenarios.

Major Challenges:

As quantum computers are operated in extreme physical conditions and thus the cost per run is significantly high, it is desirable to verify the correctness of a quantum programs before the execution. However, the verification task of quantum programs is challenging due to the following reasons:

• Quantum programs (even written at high-level languages) are complicated to comprehend as it requires a good understanding of quantum mechanics and the relevant advanced mathematics.
• The quantum states are exponentially huge in size because the state of a classical bit is either 0 or 1 at any time, while the state of a quantum bit (qubit) can be in the superposition, where both states 0 and 1 can co-exist simultaneously. This induces the state explosion problem for brute-force-like methods.
• Quantum states are naturally probabilistic thus may yield different results on different runs, which is challenging for the testing and debugging methods.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for using algorithms to mine, identify, and predict risks and low-quality merchants, products, and creators in e-commerce scenarios, and assist businesses in managing and controlling them.

- Responsible for using algorithms to identify events and behaviors that affect product experience and efficiency, and building data models to help create a favorable ecosystem and support business operations.

- Participate in building data for various entities such as e-commerce live streaming/video, products, merchants, and creators, building large-scale network/feature sequence models to support business scenarios such as content understanding, multimodal representation, community mining, and solve problems related to products, live streaming, and video management, and provide support for them.

- Participate in building a large-scale graph storage and graph learning platform to improve relationship building and governance within the TikTok e-commerce community.

- Explore and research cutting-edge technologies in machine learning/graph learning/sequence learning and related fields, implement these technologies in practical business scenarios, and support the production of scalable and optimised machine learning models.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Final year Ph.D or recent Ph.D graduates in Computer Science, engineering or quantitative field.

- Solid coding skills, familiar with deep learning/graph neural network/machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, DGL, pyg, sklearn, etc.

- Familiar with one or more algorithms in machine learning/graph learning/sequence learning, such as graph modeling, timing signal modeling, node/subgraph classification, community mining, representation learning, self-supervised/semi-supervised learning, with a certain depth and breadth.

- Relevant industry experience with solid theoretical foundation of machine learning.

Preferred Qualifications

- Good sense of teamwork and communication skills, practical experience in relevant business scenarios is preferred.

- Published papers in high-level computer science conferences (ACL, EMNLP, NIPS, AAAI, etc.) or have competition experience are preferred.

- Familiar with the application of related algorithms in data mining, search recommendation, content understanding, and governance risk control preferred.

- Skilled in numpy and pandas for modeling experiments, familiar with big data tools such as Hive, Spark, Hadoop preferred.

• Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
• Facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Center.

The Senior Associate is a point of contact for financial reporting and accounting activities in Singapore manufacturing plant. This individual is primarily responsible for timely completion of statutory audit and corporate tax filings and will be responsible for timely and accurate period end reporting. This role coordinates with various functions for timeliness and accuracy of statutory audit, by working very closely with Statutory Auditor and Tax Agent.

Key Responsibilities – Statutory Compliance:

• Coordinate and collate information with various function owners (Record to report, Record to payment, Order to cash, local team i.e. warehouse, business analytic) for the information required by for external audit.

• Explain clearly the requirement of auditor request to the process owners and challenges of providing the required information if any to the auditor.

• Prepare the statutory accounts for the company.
