Overall Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming inspections/analysis or 1st article inspection on raw materials/components according to written procedures and spec control drawings.
• Maintain instrument calibration system, documentation and procedures
• Will apply world-class techniques (Six Sigma, Anova, Taguchi, SPC, Gauge R&R etc.) to ensure the development of robust, predictive quality systems which are easily transferable and maintainable in a production environment.
• Prepares and utilizes basic hand tools and machines including but not limited to power screwdriver, ruler, soldering iron, clamp machine, heat gun, solder pot, crimpers, pinning machine and automatic wire striper.
• Manage and maintain the QA laboratory.
• Support the internal/supplier auditing function to ISO Quality System requirements. Audit/review/approve final product/assemblies prior to acceptance into finished goods inventory; process associated shop folder documentation.
• Coordinate the day-to-day inspection support for validation requirements and ensure completion of inspection requirements to ensure timely completion of project timelines.
• Create Certifications of Analysis/ Conformance, as required.
• Meet daily quality inspection output & quality requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE/ Diploma preferably in Engineering courses
• Basic understanding/ reading of CAD drawings
• Microsoft Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of quotation to customer includes attaching photos before and after for particular customer, following up confirmed quote / po and merge with the do to pass for billing
• Sending details to customer to request po’s for rental or repairs before billing (ex.pec/sankyu/vac-tech/keppel etc.)
• Preparation of commercial invoice & packing list for export trailer

• Settle issues of inspection billing - wrongly bill to other party
• Application of *HV* park license
• Inquiring and advising *RU* plate application
• Assist on COE bidding
• Assist customer on Giro application for rental trailers
• Arrange or request sponsor party to assist for jurong island pass / jurong port pass

Requirements

• Minimum O Level
• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience

Post 1) Engineering Assistant (Operation)

Job description:

• To support Production Technicians/Operators in machine and process troubleshooting, process change process control, failure analysis and assist supervisor in controlling the production team.
• To specialize in processes and to perform higher level of troubleshooting and failure analysis
• Guide the technicians and operators to achieve required output and quality
  To check on the supplementary materials change to ensure they are properly done
• To assist Line Engineer to check all the control chart and checklist
• To ensure smooth production operation with production report
• To monitor, troubleshoot and improve the production daily final test yield
  To perform maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.

Post 2) Technician / Engineering Assistant (Manufacturing)

• Operation of the machines and process to ensure non-stop operation of the production line. Including regular input of raw materials to the fully automated line.
• Normal operation and monitoring of the machines to ensure that the output is of the required quality and quantity as well as to perform troubleshooting and repair whenever there is machine down so as to ensure minimum machine downtime is incurred.
• To perform target change, head calibration and to ensure proper procedure is carried out.
• For any major trouble, a written report is to be submitted to the supervisor regarding the nature of that trouble.
  Sample taking, measurement and writing of control charts/ checklists. To perform the conditioning of the machines if the measurement shows irregular trend and out-of specs occur.
  Carry out 5S and machine cleaning regularly to keep a high level of cleanroom cleanliness.
  Any other jobs as required by the production supervisor.

Requirements:

• Nitec /Diploma in engineering disciplines
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and cleanroom
  environment
