Responsibilities:

• Supervise and configure WAN and LAN connections, along with managing associated devices.
• Monitor firewall logs and maintain backup systems.
• Responsible for implementing new system and initiative on any new projects.
• Handle any IT issues and problems in the company.
• Administer Microsoft 365 accounts and licenses.
• Take responsibility for all hardware, software assets, IT inventory, and licenses.
• Provide Level 1 and 2 support for global service desk operations, deploying and configuring both current and new business processes.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT or any relevant field
• Minimum 4 year experience in handling WAN & LAN, TCP/IP, SSL, firewalls and VPNs
• Experience with Cloud environment and Microsoft365

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly sales forecasts and MRP plans.
• Issue purchase orders and filling documents.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of purchase orders.
• Verify that invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents match purchase orders and contain accurate information.
• Schedule deliveries, considering stock readiness, documentation, shipping lead times, and customs clearance.
• Support planners in the goods receipt process, addressing warehousing issues, billing checks, and trimming activities.
• Obtain quotes for import and export shipments.
• Update the shipment tracking and monitoring file promptly.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Description

• Working Location: Nearest MRT – Tiong Bahru
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10 am – 6.30 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,400 + AWS + VB

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production and operations team to plan and coordinate various events, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Manage all production requirements for events, including securing necessary permits and licenses.
• Source vendors and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and materials.
• Oversee project operations from pre-event planning to post-event wrap-up, ensuring smooth execution at all stages.
• Provide on-site setup assistance and manage event operations to ensure all elements are executed according to plan.
• Proactively address and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events, ensuring any problems are resolved promptly to minimize impact.
