Brief Description & Role

This position is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing RF components and systems. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the quality and performance of RF equipment, ensuring that all devices meet the required specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive testing of RF devices, nodules, and systems to verify their performance, functionality and compliance with industry standards.
2. Ability to read and understand circuit schematics, layout and diagrams.
3. Able to perform RF tests, analyze test data and produce detailed reports outlining findings, and recommendation for improvements.
4. Maintain and operate various RF Test equipment like Spectrum Analysers, Vector Network Analyser (VNA), signal generators, noise figure measurement etc..
5. To perform failure analysis and debugging PCBs to component level.

Requirements

· Diploma /Bachelor in Electronics or Communication Engineering, or equivalence

· Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in a product-based electronics manufacturing environment / product development.

Skills, Experiences & Knowledge

· Experience in automating test and measurements using bench test equipment.

· Knowledge of programming software in C, C#, Python or LabView.

· Experience with PCB design software

· Experience in antenna parameter measurement

· Preferably with soldering experience

· Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Basic start $2600, after 3 months confirmation is $2700. Have OT pay.

This role offers the opportunity to guide and design digital transformation projects as a trusted advisor and consultant to our clients in manufacturing and various industries. The job involves identification of business cases for digital solutions, developing transformation plans, and drive the sequence of events towards completion of client buying process. The ideal candidate should be able to engage with client senior management with confidence and elevate the brand image of Yokogawa as trusted partner to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client senior management to identify gaps and value creation opportunities which could be addressed by Yokogawa Digital Enterprise Solutions Portfolios of products and services.
• Lead and facilitate smart manufacturing (Industry 4.0) assessment program workshops using independent frameworks such as Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) and relevant Functional Area Assessment methodologies developed by Yokogawa.
• Create digital transformation roadmaps following these assessments, and to support proposal and delivery team to defining scope, spend budget and timelines prior to presentation to the client.
• Develop engaging and succinct presentations to clients independently or with the support of Subject Matters Experts.
• Collaborate with client or Yokogawa field sales to justify the project and to initiate a sequence of events that will lead to the completion of the buying process.
• Developing sales pipeline for Operations Management and Control of Work Solutions in YEA regions by driving the go to market strategies, in collaborations with Yokogawa’s established sales teams.
• Ultimately this role will contribute to expansion of Yokogawa market share in new solutions area and/or new customer base, measured by pipeline quality and order intake

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of working experiences in manufacturing environment on digital transformation, industry 4.0, IoT or automation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (eg, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) , Manufacturing, or any related field.
• Experienced in facilitating discussions with client’s senior management levels and deliver formal presentations.
• Ability to assess customer’s operational challenge, clearly explain the problems on hand, formulate a solution and define a deliverable scope.
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and closing deals.
• Experience with scoping and deploying OT and IT digital solutions for a variety of manufacturing environments.
• Thorough understanding of Industry 4.0 principles and technology across energy & sustainability, material, and life industries.
• Good understanding of OT/IT architectures and digital applications in process industry.

Work Location: Changi Business Park
Monthly salary inclusive of allowance: $3300 to $4200 (company does not offer bonus)

Below is the Shift Timing (Working 5 days a week, involves rotating shift and support including night shift, weekends and public holidays)

• Morning shift: 6am to 3pm
• General shift: 9am to 6pm
• Afternoon shift: 2pm to 11pm
• Night shift: 10pm to 7am

Transport is claimable - before 7am (for morning shift 6am to 3pm), after 11pm (afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm)

Junior L2 Production Support (Java-base)

• Experience in Unix commands, SQL queries
• Recent experience in working with Java J2EE applications
• Experience in application support role for min 1 years for support or Developers willing to learn with good knowledge of Java, Unix, SQL
• Experience in programming languages such as JAVA/J2EE.
