Job Summary

The Service Crew main responsibilities is to provide excellent customer service, assist and advocate customers on in-store ongoing promotions to boost outlet's sales. Crew members will also carry out food and drink orders preparation, support the kitchen crew, as well as in-charge of sanitizing food preparation areas and cleaning duties.

Job Requirements

• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

· Prepare and review of daily PNL and risk reports and follow up any issues with relevant teams;

· Ensure that all risk limits are adhered to and assist in implementing new limits when necessary;

· Assist in identifying the significant risk within the business, ensuring that they are transparent to senior management

· Keep up-to-date to the current oil market;

· Support front office in new products and non-standard products approval;

· Participate in enhancement and development of in ETRM systems;

· Assist in defining forward curve methodologies for accurate mark to market and fair value reporting;

· Contribute to the month and quarter-end activities with Back Office/Accounting

· Develop and maintain strong business relationship with different functions, e.g FO, BO, IT, Planning & Control;

· Mentoring junior members of the team and promote knowledge sharing between teams

· Regular update with London Market Risk team to all market risk matters

• Deliver In-market Sales, Mars NSV, MAC and Cash by setting key measurable targets in assigned accounts / territory
• Manage budget as per TE plan, and others financial KPI target
• Manage and co-ordinate implementation of marketing and sales activities
• Effectively manage Distributor to drive performance accountability against KPIs and Lead and manage sales force to achieve excellence in trade executions. Ensure the National Distributor sales team is properly briefed of the Key Account Development Plan including the resources and strategies needed to achieve the plan
• Manage distributor to drive excellence in service levels to maximize on shelf availability in stores
• Review the fit for purpose viability of distributor partner & deliver cost effective Cost To Serve solutions for scaling up the Malaysia business over time
• Drive engagement in the distributor sales team that represent Mars Wrigley in executing the plans in the market

We are seeking an Associate to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role will serve as integral support across multiple account teams covering Singapore and Thailand market. In this role, you will learn from our marketing communication specialists, digital experts on modern digital marketing and how PR is at the heart of our clients’ brand socialisation and businesses. Responsibilities

• Support the development of innovative digital communications strategies and public relation plans for clients, including:

• Good understanding of relevant trends and happenings to be able to contribute significantly in brainstorms and development of plans
