You will work closely with our leadership team to enhance brand visibility, manage client relationships, and contribute to our mission of providing quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive enrollment growth.

Candidates should have Treasury Market domain expertise in Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives.

1. Part of a scrum team handling Treasury & Markets Projects/Enhancements
2. Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders such as Front Office, Supporting Unit users, UX/UI Designers, Technology to elicit and validate business requirements.
3. Lead and manage issues during UAT/Sprints, and ensure all requirements have proper traceability.
4. Possess strong business & technical subject matter knowledge.
5. Understanding of multi-asset class products e.g., Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, FX, FX Derivatives, Interest Rate Swaps, etc.
6. Analyzing and defining the interface structure between applications using protocols such as REST API, KAFKA.
7. Leverage the subject matter experts in T&O in delivery of structured and well-thought through solutions.
8. Become an effective “bridge” between users and technology.
9. Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
10. Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions.

Required Experience

• Bachelors or higher degree preferably in Business or Comuter Science or Technology or Science
• At least 8 years experience as a Business Analyst.
• Possess strong business & technical subject matter knowledge.
• Ability to run and manage projects independently.
• Working experience with Wealth users is an advantage.
• Experience in Agile delivery will be an advantage.
• Must be organized, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible to switch and work on different projects and manage them in a timely manner.
• Experience working on Jira, Confluence will be an advantage.

- Data entry, filling and general administrative duties

- Print and export online platform orders

- Answering of phone enquiries

- Daily administrative handling such as delivery orders

- Respond to customer service emails regarding e-commerce and marketplace orders

- Creating invoice and purchase orders

- Updating daily and filing up of paper work

- Ability to think strategically and fast learner

- Reliable and flexible with a willingness to help out with ad-hoc projects as the company expands

Requirement:

- Minimum 1 year of f&b related experience
- Diploma above qualification or relevant working experience
- Good phone etiquette skills
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
