We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director (Korea market) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new business through research-based business development and initiating different sales and marketing approaches in Korea.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates for the in-country market。
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding, in the Korea market, covering domestic hiring, bringing overseas talent to Korea, and Korea-headquartered companies' global hiring.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions in the Korea market.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and outcomes catered to the Korea market.
Qualifications:
- A minimum bachelor's degree in business, management, or a similar field.
- 15 or more years of proven consultative sales including Korea in-market onshore experience, with a strong coverage of Korean companies.
- A strong network of local contacts in the Korean Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas or related industries.
- The track record of prospecting and managing Korean C-level and senior-level relationships with clients across mid-to-large enterprises and start-ups.
- Experience gained at MNC building excellent client relationships, offering value-added services, and providing insightful and strategic vision for the clients.
- Bilingual in English and Korean for market coverage.
