Responsibilities:
With a focus and specialisation in events and stakeholder communications, the incumbent will:
â—Ź Coordinating and guiding visits to the company from schools, business partners, and government agencies.
â—Ź Maintaining a comprehensive calendar and database of scheduled visits, while also managing and updating the photo library.
â—Ź Preparing designated areas for visitor arrivals and liaising with internal stakeholders, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
â—Ź Conducting daily media monitoring to stay abreast of relevant news and trends.
â—Ź Developing and maintaining brand collateral, including brochures, presentations, videos, and other marketing materials to bolster brand initiatives.
â—Ź Strategising, planning, and executing events such as conferences, trade shows, corporate gatherings, and CSR initiatives in alignment with the company's objectives.
â—Ź Curating engaging content for internal portals, the company website, and various social media platforms.
â—Ź Creating and overseeing programmes promoting a positive and inclusive work culture, while fostering alignment and engagement among employees.
â—Ź Evaluating the success of initiatives using metrics like attendance, engagement levels, lead generation, and feedback, and utilising insights to refine future strategies.
â—Ź Providing support in executing other communications and branding activities as needed.
Requirements:
â—Ź Holding a Degree/Diploma with relevant experience in the field.
â—Ź Possessing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building connections
across all organisational levels.
â—Ź Being self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and highly-detail oriented.
â—Ź Being proficient in office administration and adept in event management.
â—Ź Experience in graphic design, photography, or video production would be advantageous.
