As a Telesales cum Digital Marketing Executive at ClearSK, you will play a crucial role in our success by converting customer inquiries into appointments and online sales through phone calls, Whatsapp &/or SMS conversations. You will also be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts across various platforms, including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, and WeChat, to engage potential customers, turning inquiries into appointments or sales. You will be cross-trained to operate or track marketing campaigns or perform operational audit.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Telesales Responsibilities:

1. Convert customer inquiries into appointments and online sales, showcasing your exceptional sales acumen.
2. Efficiently negotiate and book appointments based on customer preferences into our efficient online booking system.
3. Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exemplary customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for placating unhappy customers, and when necessary, escalating cases to the service manager or management for follow-up.
4. Avail yourself of training provided to effectively use standard phone scripts, filter calling leads from our customer database, and manage the computerized call/text systems securely.
5. Reach out to absentee customers and persuade them to return for visits or treatment appointments, showcasing your persuasive skills.
6. Optimize booking schedules by rescheduling customers' appointments from no-show slots and reallocating overbooked slots/doctors to under-booked ones.
7. Learn to enter sales invoices and manage package utilization/deductions on a timely basis while ensuring the completeness of the sales contract.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage, and optimize ads and social media content across various platforms in different languages, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, and WeChat, showcasing your digital marketing expertise.
2. Leverage your excellent communication skills to engage potential customers and effectively convert inquiries into appointments or sales.
3. Drive the implementation of omnichannel marketing strategies, enhancing customer interaction and service, thereby contributing to our clinic's growth and success.
4. Stay updated with the latest marketing technologies, continuously learning and integrating new advancements, such as ChatGPT, into our marketing strategies.
5. Work closely with our in-house marketing and sales team to drive sales events, in-house marketing campaigns, and customer reviews, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
6. Provide invaluable assistance in planning, organizing, and executing online sales events, contributing to the clinic's achievements.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E commerce, Business or any related field. Applications from recent graduates are highly encouraged.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
• Proficient in English communication and writing.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage as liaising with our counterparts in China and Chinese customers.
• A tech-savvy individual with a solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Creative thinking combined with a data-driven approach to marketing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with omnichannel marketing.
• A willingness to learn and incorporate new technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

· Report to Financial Controller who is a qualified CPA / Chartered Accountant

· Execute the company’s inventory policy

· Manage the company’s inventory system including stock profiles and locations

· Churning of necessary daily and weekly Inventory/Purchasing reports

· Ensure incoming goods are receipted and managed appropriately in Finance aspect

· Review historical data to build timely forecasts for assigned markets

· Responsible for planning periodic stock checks via audit work and stock takes

· Perform reconciliation or audit after physical counts and liaise with business units to rectify variance

· Monitor inventory stock -cards and systems to maintain safety stock level to avoid ‘’out-of-stock’’ situations

· Audit check on stock flow accuracy

· Timely update stock movement in physical stock-card and inventory system

· Check on supplier invoices

· Assist in other financial matters

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business fields

· 2 years of relevant experience preferably from service / hospitality / healthcare / retail industry

· Recent university or polytechnic graduates in relevant fields without work experience but with good attitude and academic records are welcome to apply.

· Candidate who are undergoing CPA training program are welcome to apply

· Experience working in fast-growing SMEs will be an advantage

· Good in planning and organising work flow, with strong in numeracy, analytical and good interpersonal skills

· Proficient in English communication and writing.
