Employment Details:
The employment, salary, and associated paperwork will be processed under Puyou International Trading Pte. Ltd., Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chairman in day-to-day tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating communication, and maintaining records.
- Translate and interpret between English, Chinese, and French for internal and external business communications.
- Draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support the Chairman in strategic planning, decision-making, and project management.
- Liaise with various departments and international partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Singaporean/PR ONLY
- Education: Diploma or higher, preferably in French or related fields.
- Language Skills:
- Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written) is required.
- Experience: Prior experience in business assistance, executive roles, or international environments is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to relocate to Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, China.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and culturally diverse environment.
