RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to be part of the team that drives holistic partnerships towards better quality of life for Persons with Intellectual Disability (PWIDs) and their families. This role is critical in fostering positive relationships with corporations and government agencies to secure partnerships and grow the movement towards an inclusive community.
The position will play a key role in supporting/leading:
- Establishment/maintenance of strategic partnerships that align with MINDS' mission and partners' ESG and philanthropic goals. This includes driving sustained volunteerism and fundraising initiatives to support MINDS services/programmes.
- Tentpole fundraising and awareness campaigns, including events and initiatives.
- Implementation of donor and volunteer management frameworks to ensure good governance and sustained giving journeys with partners.
Partnership Development and Management:
- Identify, cultivate, develop and implement strategic partnership plans with corporations and government agencies that align their philanthropic goals with MINDS' mission and critical gaps.
- Engage internal stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of our cause, especially critical gaps that require support.
- Secure financial, in-kind and/or volunteer support for MINDS' services, programmes and initiatives.
- Cultivate positive relationships with potential, new and existing partners to establish long-term partnerships.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Represent the organisation at awareness events.
- Effectively communicate the organisation's mission and impact to diverse audiences.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders from corporations, government agencies, donors and community partners.
- Project Management of Fundraising/Engagement Campaigns, Events, and Initiatives:
- Conceptualise, plan, and execute assigned campaigns/events/initiatives to ensure successful delivery, including developing marketing collaterals (campaign webpage and eDMs), securing partners and garnering volunteer support.
- Work closely with relevant departments and entities in planning and execution, including Communications team to create and review content for marketing collaterals.
Project Management of Fundraising/Engagement Campaigns, Events, and Initiatives:
- Conceptualise, plan, and execute assigned campaigns/events/initiatives to ensure successful delivery, including developing marketing collaterals (campaign webpage and eDMs), securing partners and garnering volunteer support.
- Work closely with relevant departments and entities in planning and execution, including Communications team to create and review content for marketing collaterals.
Fundraising & Donation Management:
- Communicate Donations Management SOP to internal stakeholders, address queries and provide support where necessary.
- Assist in the implementation and updating of Volunteer and Donor Management System (VDMS).
- Manage the fundraising pipeline, develop/implement innovative fundraising strategies, and track progress towards fundraising goals.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on impact reporting for donor-funded programmes.
Volunteer Outreach and Management (Corporations and Government Agencies):
- Manage enquiries for organisation volunteering requests and partnerships.
- Work closely with other MINDS departments to ensure group volunteering sessions run smoothly and achieve optimal experience to foster long-term volunteerism.
Administration and Procurement:
- Assist in updating bi-monthly reports, decks and other support where applicable.
- Manage team procurement, particularly for events and other initiatives where necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Marketing / Business / Mass Communications, or a related field
OTHER INFORMATION
- At least 3 years of experience in partnerships, volunteer or donor management, event management and/or marketing communications.
- Self-starter with strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently within tight deadlines and limited resources.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Volunteer and Donor Management System, website builder and procurement systems strongly preferred.
- Experience in account management, corporate presentation and pitching, statistical and impact reporting skills preferred.
