• Assist Finance Manager in handling the company’s daily financial transactions, including invoice verification and bill processing.
• Assist in Full set accounts, cashflow statement, tax computation, financial analysis, budgeting & Forecasting
• Perform data entry and organize relevant financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of audit required documents and materials to facilitate the audit process
• Monitoring bank account balances and reconciliation of bank statement.
• Assist in processing employee reimbursements and benefits applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Other ad-hoc financial projects and special tasks, provide support and assistance as needed.

Job Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma holder in Accountancy, Finance or related
• 1 to 2 years Accounting / Finance experience
• Preferably experience in Full set accounts, cashflow statement, tax computation, financial analysis, budgeting & Forecasting
• Basic knowlege of financial regulations and compliance standards

You will provide administrative support to the department. This includes managing front office, collating feedback and survey results, assisting in handling feedback and phone enquires, and tracking budgets. In addition, you will maintain proper record and storage of departmental data, documents, archives, collaterals and assets as well as provide assistance in coordinating events and activities organised by the department.

Requirements

• Diploma/GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 3 years of relevant administrative or secretarial experience

Primary responsibilities include:

· Provide reports and market intelligence data to Sales Managers.

· Tasks include (but not limit to) propose sales target & sales incentive scheme, monitor and report on agents' sales performance and business practice, conduct agency education & support;

· Participate in the team's market development activities to identify sales opportunities;

· Represent VN at seminars, conferences, product launches, trade & public expos;
