• Responsible to review store transactions on a daily basis as a control to detect and prevent any irregular and suspicious transactions.
• Monitor and maintain compliance of all company policies and procedures to make sound business decisions and communicate/educate all staff.

Requirements:

• 5 years working experience in sales and distribution of branded merchandise in a retail environment, leading a large team, and preferably in Sports and/or lifestyle chain stores.

• Degree/Diploma in Business management or equivalent.

Responsible to support the senior management in Company and R&D by providing strong leadership to achieve company targets and set direction for development of new technologies and products.
