Marketing Research and Analysis
- Perform comprehensive market research to pinpoint potential markets and customer needs.
- Evaluate market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback.
- Create detailed reports and presentations on market opportunities and strategic recommendations.
Business Development
- Establish and achieve annual sales targets.
- Discover and pursue new business opportunities in the Healthcare/Environment sectors.
- Formulate and implement strategic sales plans.
- Grow the customer base and collaborate with the Product Team for sales promotions.
Client Relationship Management
- Oversee a portfolio of customers and coordinate with internal teams.
- Foster and sustain strong client relationships.
- Conduct business meetings, negotiations, and client visits.
- Address and follow up on customer complaints.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work with internal teams to synchronize efforts and meet business objectives.
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
Product Demonstrations
- Present and demonstrate products to highlight their features and benefits.
- Show how our solutions cater to the specific needs of potential clients.
Sales Negotiation
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Meet sales targets, assess demand, and manage RFQs and pricing.
- Prepare quarterly business activity reports and opportunity applications.
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and legal standards.
Reporting
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer pipeline status.
- Generate regular sales reports for management review.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Business / Marketing or any Engineering Related Field
- Successful candidate must have direct B2B Sales Experience in a Market Development and Sales Role.
- Working Experience in healthcare or environmental industry.
- Candidate that hae experience selling IC / Electronic Components to healthcare or environmental industry will have an advantage.
