Job Description:

Advertising and Promotions

• Liaise with Creative/Ad agencies in the production and execution of digital and print ads that align with sales objectives for events, roadshows and online campaigns.

Digital

• Manage and update the Online Showroom.
• Manage the full digital suite including planning, buying and optimizing digital campaigns and promotions.
• To be always on the look-out for new media platforms, ad formats and innovative concepts to be the market trend setter.
• Analyse data from campaigns and provide insights to market trends.

Events and Roadshows

• Manage and execute events and roadshows, including the sourcing for venue, event collaterals, set up, engagement and briefing of all parties involved to drive the event to succession.
• Contractor and agency management including getting quotations, briefing relevant vendors on campaign/event objectives/requirements on the execution of the campaign/event.

CRM

• Lead and manage customer database management systems.
• In-depth analysis with leads management and data mining tools.

Collaterals and showroom related

• Assist with the production and design of marketing collaterals such as spec sheets, festive collaterals.
• Management of showroom related tasks and equipment, including festive decorations.

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing preferred
• Experience in collateral production, digital and project management
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisational, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead projects and campaigns independently and also work well in a team
• Meticulous with high attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines
• At least 2 years of working experience in related fields preferred

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & Development:Plan, schedule, and develop ongoing marketing themes and campaigns for the year.
2. Content Creation:Design and produce content including artwork, short videos, and promotional materials (both print and digital) for display at respective outlets.
3. Promotion Material Preparation:Prepare and design artwork for print and digital promotions for various outlets.
4. Product Launch Media:Take photos or videos of new product launches for promotional use.
5. Social Media Management:Create awareness and manage weekly updates on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, 小红书, and the company website.
6. Market Analysis:Understand current market trends and needs to quickly adapt strategies for market preferences.
7. Media & PR Relations:Connect with press, media, marketing agents, bloggers, and relevant parties to enhance brand visibility.
8. Branch Promotions:Plan promotions for respective branches, working closely with supervisors/managers to align with sales and customer preferences.
9. Feedback Integration:Collect feedback from branch staff to continuously improve sales and promotional strategies.
10. Mall Liaison:Liaise frequently with mall marketing management to update promotions and stay informed about mall programs.
11. POS & Marketing Menu Updates:Create and update POS for marketing menus as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
