Job Description

The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the detailed design, programming, and maintenance of electrical systems and controls within our plant. Key responsibilities include designing and sizing electrical components, programming PLC/HMI systems, and preparing technical documentation. The role also involves enhancing the safety, reliability, and performance of plant equipment and providing essential support to the engineering team.

The candidate will coordinate with suppliers and consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with ATEX standards. This position offers the opportunity to support our international expansion projects and work collaboratively with engineers across disciplines to drive operational excellence. The Electrical Engineer will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Documentation: Carry out detailed electrical design, including sizing and drawing preparation. Develop technical documents, including P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams), I/O wiring diagrams, and technical data sheets.
• Programming: Program and configure PLC/HMI systems to meet project specifications.
• Component Selection and Calculations: Perform electrical calculations and select components for ATEX environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Document Review: Review electrical documents and specifications provided by suppliers and consultants for accuracy and alignment with project needs.
• Supplier and Consultant Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, consultants, and sub-contractors to resolve technical issues both on-site and in-office settings.
• Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with engineers from other disciplines within the department to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Pre-Procurement and Evaluation: Prepare pre-procurement documents and conduct technical evaluations of quotations from vendors and suppliers.
• Overseas Project Support: Provide engineering support for international projects, including troubleshooting and technical assistance.
• Project Scheduling and Reporting: Assist in developing project schedules, creating work procedures and method statements, and preparing monthly progress reports.
• Hazardous Area Knowledge: Understand hazardous area classifications and select appropriate instruments for hazardous zones (e.g., EX-d, EX-i certifications).

Requirements:

Education: Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical design and programming.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLC/HMI programming, electrical calculations, and knowledge of ATEX standards.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Chip DFT (Design for Test) Engineer to join our team. This role involves the design and implementation of test architectures for AI chip designs, ensuring efficient and reliable testing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating DFT circuits, performing simulations, developing test vectors, and supporting yield improvement and fault analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• DFT Architecture Design: Lead the design of DFT architecture at the chip level, implementing testing circuits such as Scan, Mbit, Memory repair, and Bscan.
• DFT Circuit Design and Insertion: Implement DFT circuits and integrate them into the chip, ensuring proper timing constraints for DFT mode convergence.
• Functional Verification: Perform functional verification, pre-simulation, post-simulation, and power simulation of DFT circuits. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during testing.
• Test Vector Development: Develop high-coverage, low-cost test vectors and validate them through simulation and timing analysis.
• Yield Improvement and Fault Analysis: Contribute to yield improvement efforts and fault analysis. Assist with testing SDC (Synopsys Design Constraints) constraint files in testing modes and help with timing and power convergence in the backend.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) are a plus.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in DFT, with expertise in chip-level DFT architecture design, circuit insertion, and testing.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in DFT methodologies, including Scan, Mbit, Memory repair, and Bscan.
  • Strong experience with functional verification and simulations (pre/post, power simulation).
  • Ability to develop efficient test vectors and perform timing and simulation analysis.
  • Familiarity with yield improvement and fault analysis processes.
• Tools & Scripting: Experience with DFT tools and scripting languages (e.g., TCL, Perl, Python).

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and support business applications, adhering to company and industry best practices.

Actively participates in analysis, design, coding and testing phase.

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of issue in existing solutions.

Participates in R&D effort on new and exciting technologies.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Web Applications development.

Skilled in C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, MS SQL, Angular, Jquery, Flutter.

Experience in mobile app development (Flutter) is an added advantage.

Attention to details, committed and responsible with strong working ethic, able to work on tight deadlines.

Self-motivated individual with the ability to learn and develop independently in a fast paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and good team player with good communication skills.

The candidate need to work in construction site and need to have construction site work experience. candidate must work shift work and long hours till complete the concrete work task. co -ordination with clients and supervisor and company executives. need to know how to estimate quantity for the concrete volume and steel and form work materials requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning and scheduling.
• Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards
• Assist Construction Manager & Quantity Surveyor in Project Progress Claiming Work
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical support and resolve engineering issues.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in LTA Project
• Responsible, mature, hands-on, meticulous and committed team player
