Global Rotational Development Program Engineer (GRDP)

Roles and Responsibilities:

You as a Global Rotational Development Program (GRDP) would undergo a 2-year program of integrated

development assignments for Mechanical and Industrial Engineers fresh Graduates. During the program You

would be exposed to four key manufacturing functional areas through 6-month rotations in Quality,

Manufacturing, Engineering, Materials Management and Production Supervision.

HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED

• Work and rotate through manufacturing functions to gain plant operations experience including
• Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Management, Shop Floor Supervision and Quality Engineering.
• Perform on-the-job training related to the GRDP rotation plan this helps you to Skill Develop and Build

Responsibilities

• Work together with the clients, either at our office or client’s locations, to understand their needs and translate them into an actionable plan with the team.
• Work closely and communicate effectively with project manager, and other project team members to create and deliver quality solutions for the clients.
• Perform quality control work, taking into considerations of the budget, schedule, and plans.
• Keep track of project status and provide regular reports.
• Assure all the deadlines are being met.

Tech & Field (T&F) Engineer – Mechanical

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Tech & Field (T&F) Engineer you would be part of an adventures training and development program

designed to give selected Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

holders) who are mobile and have strong desire to learn about Field Operations and live the Field lifestyle.

This role will give you an opportunity to complete assignments in both Field Operations & Technology

Engineering & Manufacturing within just a few years of joining the Company. The Tech & Field program aims

to develop a population with experience in both Field and Engineering & Manufacturing.

• Must equip a deep understanding of how the output from Engineering & Manufacturing impacts the
• efficiency and effectiveness of the Field as this helps enhance your skills and understand expectations
• Improve understanding and communication between Engineering & Manufacturing and the Field tis
• fosters improved communication and understanding between engineering and manufacturing processes
• Increase your ability for future career moves between Engineering & Manufacturing and the Field as this

WHAT WE OFFER

Trainee in an assigned country based on the business line needs, before returning to the Engineering &

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s, or bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, monitor and assist in the installation and ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software and networks in project delivery
• Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures
• Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement
• Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively
• Perform troubleshooting and fault rectification
• Provide up-to-date project documentation and reports
• Diagnose and rectify technical issues
• Perform standby duties if required

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Windows server OS, Unix/Linux OS & virtualization environment (VMware, HyperV etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment
• Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking
• Able to work independently as well as in a team and good interpersonal skills
• Good Working knowledge with VPN, firewall appliances would be an advantage
• Good working knowledge with routers, switches would be an advantage
• Good working knowledge in hardware like servers, storage area networks (SAN), network-attached storage (NAS) devices
• Experience in hardening of OS, system and network equipment
• Experience in Patch Management
• Good Knowledge of IT Infra services like Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange/Mail Service, Database, Web or App Server etc.
