F&B Operations Executive Job
Brief Description
Operations Executive responsibilities include assisting the management team with all operational and administrative support tasks to ensure the operations of the group restaurants/cafés run smoothly in day-to-day operations.
You will supervise and guide the service team to ensure a high level of quality and consistency of food and beverage services across the F&B outlets. We will require you to ensure that the outlets adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
â—Ź Lead and supervise the team on each shift, ensuring that the company maintains the highest quality of service standards
â—Ź Assist the Restaurant Manager in performing duties related to marketing, operational plans, and other special restaurant functions
â—Ź Handle any guest feedback on food quality and service
â—Ź Supervise, support, and confirm that the outlets adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards, policies, and procedures
â—Ź Routine inspection of all outlet equipment to ensure all are in proper working condition and prepare a list of equipment in need of repair and maintenance
● Regular stocktaking to ensure sufficient supplies in restaurant/café for smooth operation
● Plan staff roster based on the outlet’s operational requirements
● Supervise and support the operations of at least two restaurants/cafés
â—Ź Able to function as customer relations and handle customer reservations
â—Ź Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Manager
Requirements
â—Ź At least 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management
â—Ź Certificate of Basic Food Hygiene Course
â—Ź Strong communication, good interpersonal and management skills
â—Ź Passionate in providing excellent management and customer-oriented
â—Ź Able to work independently and lead the team
â—Ź Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS, InfoGenesis, etc.)
â—Ź Proficient and effective problem solver
â—Ź Mastery of delegating multiple tasks and ability to meet financial targets
â—Ź Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices
